POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Lead daily activities, coach, and mentor a team of software developers working with recent technologies.
·         Collaborate with other departments to prioritize Enterprise Java Applications development needs.
·         Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality results and that standards are being met.
·         Provide management-level communications regarding project and team performance.
  
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
·         Impeccable verbal and written communication skills!
·         15+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
·         Bachelor's degree. Computer Science or Software Engineering majors are strongly preferred. 
·         Proficient in design patterns and strong experience in delivering enterprise solutions with Spring framework using Spring Boot, Hibernate, Security and MVC.
·         Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST Web Services and working in a micro-services environment.
·         Strong Front End developer skills using Java technologies and AngularJS.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $1.00 - $10.00 per hour
