Seeking Sr. Network Engineer 10+ years of experience Required. This is a Remote role, long-term contract in Austin, TX

Required Skills:

· At least 10 yrs. of experience configuring, architecting, and troubleshooting the Cisco network equipment.

· Must be able to install, maintain, and upgrade the network hardware and software.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills; able to find solutions for complex issues and able to take network captures and analyze them to find the issues.

· Supporting intricate networks that deal with Layer 2 and Layer 3 Routing.

· Cisco Data Center Architecture including Nexus and Catalyst switches.

· Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls (setup, configuration, troubleshooting).

· RADIUS and TACACS dealing with network authentication/authorization is a plus.

· Load Balancing technologies F5 is preferred; Cisco ASR series routers

· TCP/IP, client VPN tunnels, host explicit routes on routes, firewalls, and load balancers.

Preferred Skills:

· Cisco’s Wireless Controllers/Access Points

· F5 Big IP LTM/GTM

· SPLUNK

· SolarWinds NPM, NCM, IPAM

· Experience using SNMP and NetFlow to monitor network devices to troubleshoot and for utilization.

· SSL and Site-to-Site VPNs

· Configuring networking on Windows and Linux OS.

· CCNP/CCDP Certification

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $1.00 - $10.00 per hour
