Accounting Specialist (On Site)

Contract-to-hire

Our client is looking for an Accounting Specialist in preparing financial reviews, reports and projects.

This position is on-site.

Position Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, reporting and special projects.
Prepare month-end close and financial statements.
Perform accounts payable and receivable functions.
Handle account, bank and credit card reconciliations.
Provide accounting interface with point-of-sale and other systems.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2 - 3 years accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Microsoft Access preferred.
QuickBooks experience preferred.
Oracle G/L or similar G/L experience a plus.

Paid Days Off for salaried employees

Holidays / personal days off – 7 days Sick days – 6 days Vacations – 10 days; employee starts accumulating vacation days after being Systegration employee for full three months
